1. NGage Club, home to Box Office Turf (BOT), Endorphins Fitness Studio, Combat Kinetics, and Outdoor Yoga Chennai, operates within a 60,000 SqFt space at its premises.

2. The facilities provided include Chennai's Largest Rooftop Futsal/Box Cricket Arena featuring 2 Box Cricket Pitches and 1 Man-made naturally simulated artificial pitch, aimed at replicating the renowned Chennai Chepauk pitch experience.

3. Endorphins Fitness Studio, located on the 10th Floor with an airport-facing view, offers a jogging track spanning 130m, along with state-of-the-art equipment and certified trainers for fitness enthusiasts.

4. Combat Kinetics, recognized as India's No.1 Combat Sports Chain, conducts MMA and Boxing Classes from Monday to Friday, providing comprehensive training sessions for participants.

5. Outdoor Yoga Chennai hosts yoga classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, offering participants the opportunity to engage in rejuvenating outdoor yoga sessions amidst serene surroundings.

6. Users of NGage Club facilities must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the management to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

7. Prior booking may be required for certain activities or facilities, and availability is subject to scheduling and capacity constraints.

8. NGage Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any facility or activity offered within its premises without prior notice.

9. Users are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to exercise caution while utilizing the facilities provided.

10. Any damages caused to the property or facilities of NGage Club due to negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved, and appropriate action may be taken accordingly.

11. By accessing and utilizing the facilities at NGage Club, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional guidelines provided by the management.

12. NGage Club management reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke access to any individual(s) found violating the terms and conditions or engaging in behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
